All meals are included in your stay. Gourmet meals feature fresh, wild Alaskan locally caught seafood. Fruits and vegetables are picked or purchased locally. The Lodge maintains a beautiful garden and a greenhouse and our chef takes pride in providing the freshest ingredients. Home-made breads and pastries are baked every day. Special dietary needs are honored upon request.

Sample Dinner Menu:

• Appetizers - Steamed King Crab legs, China Poot Bay blue mussels and steamer clams in white wine and herb broth, grilled marinated Thai shrimp with chipolte peanut sauce.
• Beverages may include, fine wines, Alaskan micro-brews and locally roasted organic coffees.
• Bread - Fresh baked aged sourdough
• Soup - Butternut squash soup with wild rice and roasted pumpkin seeds
• Salad - Mixed fresh, organic garden greens and herbs served with raspberry vinaigrette.
• Entree - Fresh China Poot Bay silver salmon, served with lemon beurre blanc sauce and shallots or grilled meats.Roasted mashed sweet potatoes, finished with maple syrup and spices.Pan sautéed marinated fresh asparagus

• Dessert - Chocolate cheese cake or Kahlua creme brulee. 

Breakfast:

8-9 AM Continental with fresh baked muffins, coffee cake and a variety of breads and bagels, sliced fresh fruit, home-made granola and cold cereals with milk or yogurt, fresh berries, choice of fruit juices and coffee and tea. Served breakfast offers hot cereals, eggs any style, breakfast sausages, bacon and ham, waffles, blueberry pancakes, sourdough hotcakes and omelets.

Lunch:

Gourmet lunches are made to match each guest's request and packed to go for the day's activities.
