COVID-19 Operations Summary

We are committed to providing a safe, healthy environment for our guests and staff. As our 2023 season approaches, we will continue to stay up to date on COVID-19 guidelines and developments. Our protocols will be informed by public health policy and are subject to change based on current local, state, and federal guidelines.

At this time, vaccinations for COVID-19 are strongly recommended but not required for Lodge guests and staff. Proof of a negative test may be required prior to arrival.

Additional COVID-Safe Lodge Operations:

  • Masks, tests, hand sanitizer, and sanitizing wipes will be readily available.
  • We will maintain high cleaning standards for all our facilities.
  • Additional handwashing sinks are installed on-site.
  • Varied dining options, including physically distanced dining available upon request.

With our short season, remote location, and intimate size, cancellations significantly affect us. Because of this, we adhere to a strict cancellation policy.

2023 Cancellation Policy

  • Cancel 120+ days prior to arrival, a refund will be given less a 3% cancellation fee (of the deposit) plus a $200 reservations charge, or,
  • Cancel 120+ days prior to arrival guests can roll their reservation to later in the season (pending availability), to a friend or family member, or to the following year plus $100 change fee.
  • No refunds or rollovers are given for cancellations less than 120 days prior to an arrival date.
  • Because we cannot assume financial responsibility for any cancellations, we strongly encourage travel insurance.

All guests must sign a liability release waiver upon arrival at the lodge, a copy of which will be provided ahead of time for review.
