Planning Your Stay

TRANSPORTATION

Lodge staff meet guests at Ramp #2 at the Homer Boat Harbor. Monday arrivals meet at 10:30am from Homer, it's approximately a 30-minute scenic boat ride to the Lodge. Guest departures leave the Lodge at 10:00am.

CONFIRMING YOUR STAY

• A 50% deposit is required to confirm your reservation. Deposits can be paid by personal or electronic check, wire transfer, or credit/debit card. A 3% fee applies to credit card payments.
• Full payment is due 120 days prior to arrival.
• Reservations made within 120 days of arrival must be paid in full at the time of booking.

CANCELLATIONS & CHANGES

• Due to our short season, remote location, and intimate size, we do not offer refunds for cancellations.
• If you need to cancel more than 120 days before your stay, your deposit may be credited toward a later week in the same season, transferred to a friend or family member, or applied toward the following year's stay as a one-time rollover, subject to availability. A $100 per person change fee applies.
• There are no credits or rollovers for cancellations made within 120 days of arrival.
• For a reservation rolled over to the following year, the difference in seasonal rates will be added to the final balance.

TRAVEL INSURANCE

We are not responsible for any delays or cancellations or travel disruptions caused by circumstances beyond our control, including wildfires, inclement weather, medical emergencies, or family emergencies.
